With years of culinary experience and a sushi journey that began in 2007, OG brings a deep respect for Japanese cuisine, precision, and hospitality to PARDI Sushi Catering. His work reflects a balance of discipline, freshness, and artistry, where every detail, from preparation to presentation, is approached with intention.

Having served as Head Sushi Chef from 2014 to 2016, OG developed a strong foundation in kitchen leadership, quality control, and refined guest experiences. His style is rooted in simplicity, consistency, and respect for ingredients, while embracing the elevated standards of modern luxury hospitality.

Beyond the kitchen, OG is a devoted husband and proud father of two, guided by family, humility, and hard work. For him, sushi is more than cuisine; it is a way to create connection, celebration, and memorable moments through food.

Raised in Los Angeles and inspired by the city's rich culinary culture, Chef Jeff Ardi discovered his passion for cooking at an early age while preparing meals for his family at home. That early connection to food, hospitality, and bringing people together eventually led him to formal culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu, where he refined his technique and developed his signature approach to elevated dining experiences.

Over the past 15 years, Chef Jeff has built a respected career creating memorable culinary experiences throughout Los Angeles, from intimate luxury gatherings and weddings to large-scale corporate and entertainment events. Known for his warm hospitality, attention to detail, and refined presentation style, he approaches food as both an art form and a way to create meaningful connection.

In recent years, his culinary journey has evolved toward Japanese cuisine and the artistry of sushi, where he has dedicated himself to studying the precision, balance, and beauty behind the craft. Today, that passion continues to shape the elevated culinary vision behind PARDI Sushi Catering.
